I am a bilingual biologist and dancer who found yoga in 2013 while pursuing my graduate studies. Seeking a way to release stress and anxiety—both mentally and physically—I immersed myself in asana practice, pranayama, and meditation. Over the years, yoga has become a vital tool in helping me balance the demands of work and life, while also managing my rheumatoid arthritis. My background as a scientist has instilled in me a deep appreciation for learning and teaching, and I love sharing my knowledge with others, watching my students grow in their practice.
My yoga journey has led me to extensive training, including a 300-hour JM Vinyasa certification, 50-hour Rocket Yoga training, Ellie Herman Mat Pilates, 50-hour Burn Lab Pilates, and Restorative Yoga. I have had the privilege of learning from incredible teachers, including Jared McCann, Rebecca Causey, Michael Guiou, Patrick McCleaf, David Garrigues, Ellie Herman, Alena Wertalik, Quenton Lindstrom, Cayo Vieira, and many more.
I teach because I believe in the transformative power of yoga. My hope is to help others navigate their own journeys, finding relief from pain, anxiety, and stress through movement and breath. What we learn on the mat extends far beyond it—cultivating strength, awareness, and resilience in everyday life.
